&above are a London-based creative agency who commissioned a new set of brand photography for their refreshed look and social media content. The brief was all about creating genuine, natural images that show who they are — their people, culture, and creative energy.

The shoot mixed individual moments of focus with relaxed team interactions to capture the spirit of agency life. Each image was composed with layers and depth to draw the viewer in, giving a sense of storytelling and personality throughout. The result is a collection of corporate lifestyle photography that feels modern, authentic, and true to &above’s identity. Alongside the lifestyle shots, we also captured candid, natural-light portraits of board members to complement the wider brand story.
