Event photography for the industry leading tech and communications giant VoCoVo.
An ongoing partnership capturing corporate events across London and Oxford, providing the client with a comprehensive visual record of each event: from keynote speakers and audience interaction to the candid lifestyle moments.
The Work
VoCoVo is a UK-based provider of team communication solutions for retail and customer-facing environments. I was commissioned to document one of their corporate events, capturing the energy, interactions, and key moments throughout the day.
The project focused on combining event photography and lifestyle documentation to reflect both the professionalism of the brand and the engagement of attendees. Candid moments between team members, product demonstrations, and keynote presentations were photographed to create a narrative that conveys collaboration, innovation, and the atmosphere of the event.
Photographing live events requires balancing awareness and discretion. Attention was given to lighting, composition, and timing, ensuring every image communicates clarity while retaining the natural feel of the environment. Close-up shots highlight product interactions and demonstrations, while wider environmental images give context to the event space and audience engagement.
Alongside capturing the action, the series includes portraits of key staff and presenters, helping to humanise the brand and reinforce trust. These images are designed to be used across multiple platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, internal communications, and social media content.
The Deliverables
The final image set was delivered for digital platforms, social media, and promotional materials, giving VoCoVo a versatile visual library that reflects the event’s energy and the company’s commitment to teamwork and innovation. The photographs aim to convey not just what happened, but how it felt to be part of the day, creating a lasting impression for attendees and clients alike.
