The Client: IHP / PQMD
A three-day event photography commission covering the 2025 Global Health Policy Forum for IHP and PQMD at Goodenough College. The summit brought together over 100 global health leaders from NGOs, industry, and policy. The brief was to capture the event naturally, thoughtfully, and authentically.
The Work
The aim was to document the full rhythm of a multi-day corporate event — from keynote speakers and panel discussions through to audience interaction and the quieter in-between moments.
Coverage needed to balance clarity and atmosphere. Strong, usable imagery of speakers was essential, but just as important was capturing how the event felt: the engagement in the room, the conversations between sessions, and the overall energy of the space.
The final image set was intended for ongoing marketing, communications, and future event promotion. Working as a conference photographer across three consecutive days, the approach was reportage-driven and discreet.
Keynote speakers and panels were captured cleanly, with a focus on composition, consistency, and usability across digital and print. Alongside this, attention was given to audience reactions and interaction — moments that add depth and context to standard event coverage.
Environmental details were also an important part of the story. The space, branding, and transitions between sessions helped build a more complete visual narrative of the forum.
The goal was to create a cohesive set of event photography that felt editorial but grounded — not just a record of the schedule, but a reflection of the experience.
The Deliverables
The final delivery provided a versatile library of conference photography spanning speakers, audience engagement, and atmosphere.
Images have been used across digital platforms, reports, and marketing materials — supporting both immediate communications and longer-term promotion of future events.
The result is a body of work that extends beyond documentation, helping IHP and PQMD communicate the impact and relevance of the forum through considered, authentic imagery.
